OS 1.3.8-1.4.11 (EXCEPT FOR 1.4.8) - I can't connect to Wi-Fi after the initial set-upUpdated a month ago

If your software version is 1.3.8-1.4.11 (EXCEPT FOR 1.4.8):
- Logout: If you have already logged into your Board, logout.
- Make sure you are logged into the owner profile
- Select the menu icon in the upper right corner
- Select Settings (gear icon) and “Logout”
- Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Access the alternative connectivity interface by tapping the top left corner of the display 6 times during the Board logo animation (quick video here)
- Select "Network & Internet"
- Connect to your preferred network
- Proceed with your Board setup
- Create your Board account or sign-in using your existing account to continue setup
If your OS version is 1.3.8 or greater and the above does not work, please try these additional troubleshooting steps.
