My piece isn't working correctlyUpdated 2 months ago

If a piece isn’t being recognized or responding as expected, try the following:


  • Remove the shipping film on your Board

    • The piece technology will not work with the shipping film on. The Board does not need (and does not work with) a screen protector but has undergone significant testing to ensure it’s scratch and spill-resistant.

    • You may need to gently lift the wooden frame to remove it.

  • Place the piece glyph-side down

    • Each piece has a unique symbol on the bottom called a glyph. Always place pieces glyph-side down so Board can detect your moves.

    •  See the pictures below to ensure you are using your piece the right way.
