I can't connect to Wi-Fi during set-upUpdated 11 days ago

- Logout: If you have already logged into your Board, logout.
- Make sure you are logged into the owner profile
- Select the menu icon in the upper right corner
- Select Settings (gear icon) and “Logout”
- Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Access the alternative connectivity interface as shown in this short video
- Select "Network & Internet"
- If needed, toggle off "Airplane mode"
- Connect to your preferred network
- Date and Time: If the network shows “limited connectivity,” check that the date and time are accurate.
- Select “System” then “Date & Time”
- If the date/time are incorrect, disable “Set time automatically”
- Manually update the date and time
- Reconnect to your preferred network
- Restart your Board:
- Hold down the round, center power button
- Select "Restart" when prompted
- Proceed with your Board setup
- Create your Board account or sign-in using your existing account to continue setup
A software update has been released, so once your Board completes setup, WiFi connectivity should work as expected and you shouldn’t hit this again!
