I can't connect to Wi-Fi during set-upUpdated 2 months ago
Logout: If you have already logged into your Board, logout.
Select the menu icon in the upper right corner
Select Settings (gear icon) and “Logout”
Connect to Wi-Fi:
Access the alternative connectivity interface as shown in this short video
Select "Network & Internet"
If needed, toggle off "Airplane mode"
Select "Internet" and connect to your preferred network
Date and Time: If the network shows “limited connectivity,” check that the date and time are accurate.
Select “System” then “Date & Time”
If the date/time are incorrect, disable “Set time automatically”
Manually update the date and time
Reconnect to your preferred network
Restart your Board:
Hold down the round, center power button
Select "Restart" when prompted
Proceed with your Board setup
Create your Board account or sign-in using your existing account to continue setup
