I can't connect to Wi-Fi after the initial set-upUpdated 11 days ago
If you are having trouble re-connecting to Wi-Fi after the initial set-up of your Board, please check your software version and the proceed to the appropriate steps below. You can find this number under Settings > System.

If your software version is less than 1.3.8
- Logout: If you have already logged into your Board, logout.
- Select the menu icon in the upper right corner
- Select Settings (gear icon) and “Logout”
- Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Access the alternative connectivity interface as shown in this short video
- Select "Network & Internet"
- If needed, toggle off "Airplane mode"
- Select "Internet" and connect to your preferred network
- Date and Time: If the network shows “limited connectivity,” check that the date and time are accurate.
- Select “System” then “Date & Time”
- If the date/time are incorrect, disable “Set time automatically”
- Manually update the date and time
- Reconnect to your preferred network
- Restart your Board:
- Hold down the round, center power button
- Select "Restart" when prompted
- Proceed with your Board setup
- Create your Board account or sign-in using your existing account to continue setup
If your software version is 1.3.8-1.4.11 (EXCEPT FOR 1.4.8):
- Logout: If you have already logged into your Board, logout.
- Make sure you are logged into the owner profile
- Select the menu icon in the upper right corner
- Select Settings (gear icon) and “Logout”
- Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Access the alternative connectivity interface by tapping the top left corner of the display 6 times during the Board logo animation (quick video here)
- Select "Network & Internet"
- Connect to your preferred network
- Proceed with your Board setup
- Create your Board account or sign-in using your existing account to continue setup
If your software version is 1.4.8:
- Power off and unplug your Board
- Power off your Board then unplug it from your power outlet for 30 seconds
- Power on and restart your Board
- If that doesn’t work then forget and reconnect to your network
- In Wi-Fi settings, select your network and tap "Forget"
- Reconnect and re-enter the password
If your software version is 1.5.0 or higher:
- Forget and reconnect to your network
- In Wi-Fi settings, select your network and tap "Forget"
- Reconnect and re-enter the password
- If that doesn’t work, power off and unplug your Board.
- Unplug your Board from your power outlet for 5 minutes
- Power on and restart your Board
If your software version is 1.3.8 or greater and the above does not work:
- Logout: If you have already logged into your Board, logout.
- Select the menu icon in the upper right corner
- Select Settings (gear icon) and “Logout”
- Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Access the alternative connectivity interface by tapping the top left corner of the display 6 times during the Board logo animation (quick video here)
- Select "Network & Internet"
- Connect to your preferred network
- Proceed with your Board setup
- Create your Board account or sign-in using your existing account to continue setup
