Ensure your Internet connection is stable.
From the Library, tap the Settings menu in upper right
Tap the Network icon
Restart your Board:
Hold down the round, center power button
When prompted, select "Restart"
If the issue continues, please try a factory reset. Make sure you are signed into the primary profile.
From the Library, tap the Settings menu in the upper right
Tap the System (gear) icon
Select "Factory Reset"
Sign in when prompted and reattempt download
Note that a factory reset will delete any saved games associated with your user account.
