I can’t download gamesUpdated 2 months ago

  • Ensure your Internet connection is stable. 

    • From the Library, tap the Settings menu in upper right

    • Tap the Network icon 

  • Restart your Board:

    • Hold down the round, center power button

    • When prompted, select "Restart"

  • If the issue continues, please try a factory reset. Make sure you are signed into the primary profile.

    • From the Library, tap the Settings menu in the upper right

    • Tap the System (gear) icon

    • Select "Factory Reset"

    • Sign in when prompted and reattempt download

    • Note that a factory reset will delete any saved games associated with your user account.
