Overview
Save the Bloogs is an action game where you use cannons, stairs, a shapeshifter ring, and blocks to guide adorable Bloogs across tricky terrain. Creatively navigate hazards, collect crystals, and explore five unique worlds across 100 increasingly challenging levels. Designed for ages 6 and up, it can be played solo or cooperatively, making it a fun and strategic experience for players working together or tackling challenges on their own.

How to Play
Tutorial
You’ll learn how to play and what each game piece does while you play! There's no separate tutorial mode — just jump in and let the game teach you as you go. Note, if the physical pieces don’t fully cover the white outline during tutorial moments, gameplay won’t advance (see here).
Written instructions at the start of each level explain the goal as well as any new hazards and available pieces.
Setup
When starting a new game, you can choose between the following options:
Campaign: Play through 100 levels solo or with friends
Competitive: Up to six players compete to get the top score across 100 levels
Gameplay
Bloogs spawn and begin marching automatically. Place your physical pieces on the Board to guide them.
Stairs — help Bloogs climb up to higher ground
Cannons — launch Bloogs upward across gaps
Blocks — halt Bloogs' progress or redirect them
Shapeshifter Ring — when placed, gameplay pauses, allowing you to select a special ability for your Bloogs
Scoring & Winning
Earn up to 3 stars per level. Each level has its own Objective that determines how you earn stars.
1 star — meet the minimum Bloogs saved
2 stars — save more Bloogs
3 stars — save enough Bloogs for 2 stars and collect the required crystals
FAQs
The game seems frozen — what do I do? It's probably paused, waiting for an action:
Too many or wrong pieces: If you place more pieces than the level calls for, gameplay pauses.
Ring piece: When the Ring is placed, gameplay pauses while you select a special ability.
Tutorial: Make sure the required pieces are placed inside the white outline, or tap “Continue” to move past the message.
Can I play with a friend? Yes! Some levels are designed with co-op in mind — one player holds pieces in position while the other confirms the move.
How do I earn 3 stars on a level? Save enough Bloogs to reach the 2-star target and collect the required crystals. Check the level’s Objective on the start screen to see the exact goals for that level.
Tips & Tricks
Bungee Tip: When using two blocks to form the bungee, the yellow digital highlight of the blocks must be facing each other. See example here.
