To download your purchased game, you'll need your 8-digit Download Code which should have been delivered in a separate email titled "Your Game Download Codes." If you did not receive that email please reach out to [email protected]. To enter your download code on Board:
Firmware version 2.0.0 or Later:
To check your Board firmware version. Go to Settings>System then look for the Firmware section.
To download your game, open the Game Store on your Board and select Redeem Code (upper-right), and enter your code.
Note, Strata & Daily Build share one code, and the Signature Collection has one code that unlocks all 6 games.

First, update your Board:
- Connect to Wi-Fi and update your Board: go to Settings (top-right) > System > Check for Updates.
- Don't see an update option? Wait ~30 min for the update to download in the background. You won't see a progress bar or any on-screen indication that the download is happening, and you can continue using your Board during this time.

- Restart your Board and confirm it's running version 2.0.0 or later (Settings > System).
- Open the Game Store, select Redeem Code (upper-right), and enter your code below:
