How do I reset my Pin?Updated 4 months ago
Resetting Pin for Owner Profiles:
- Open System Settings in the upper right of the Library home screen
- Select Profile tab
- Click the profile that says Owner
- Select Reset PIN
- Enter your account password
- Change the PIN
- Once you have this PIN, you can change the PINs associated with any other profile
Resetting Pin for Non-Owner Profiles
- Tap the Profile Selector in the top left and switch to the Owner profile (it’s the first one on the left)
- Enter your PIN
- Open System Settings the upper right of the Library home screen
- Go to Profiles
- Select the profile you want to update
- Tap “Reset PIN”
- Enter the account owner password
- Set a new 4-digit PIN and confirm it
Note, only the owner and any admins can change the pin associated with any profile on Board.
What if I forgot my password as well?
To reset your password take the following steps:
- Confirm that you are logged in as the owner profile on your Board
- Open System Settings in the upper right of the Library home screen
- Select "Log Out" at the bottom of the menu
- On the account creation menu, select sign in and enter the account holder's email address
- Select "Forgot password?" above the keyboard
